Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, undertook an official visit to National Maritime Museum Cornwall on Wednesday to celebrate the most ambitious exhibition in the Museum’s history, Monsters of the Deep: Science Fact and Fiction.

The exhibition features hundreds of the NOC’s Discovery Collections specimens, and a scale model of everyone’s favourite Autosub, Autosub Long Range, aka Boaty McBoatface. NOC Chief Executive, Professor Ed Hill, and Discovery Collection manager, Dr Tammy Horton, were on hand to assist with the visit and introduce the Princess to some of the specimens.

The exhibition runs until January 2023.
