The Marine Environmental Data and Information Network (MEDIN) and OceanWise are running their free online workshop: ‘Marine Data Management, Governance and the MEDIN toolset’ on the 21st to the 25th of February.
The course consists of live lessons in the morning (which are recorded) and independent learning which can be completed flexibly around your other work commitments.
This training course is suitable for anyone responsible for collecting or managing marine environmental data in the public sector, industry, education or research. Familiarity with different marine data types, and how data is acquired and used, would be helpful but not essential. Prior knowledge or practical experience of data management is not required.
