Sara is a biogeochemist with an interest in ocean acidification and the carbonate system in coral reef environments. Sara has worked on the development and deployment of novel lab-on-chip sensors used to constrain the carbonate system in locations ranging from the deep open ocean, to tropical coastal waters. Sara strives to make science knowledge and technology accessible outside of the realms of academia, so particularly enjoys projects that collaborate with government, commercial, and industrial stakeholders.
