Heather is an award-winning Learning and Development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
As a recipient of a Princess Royal Training Award, City and Guilds Membership Award and Tallow Chandlers Prize, she has demonstrable expertise in instructional design, virtual facilitation, and workshop delivery. Heather is skilled at building strong relationships and delivering content that sticks, allowing her to support people development, support organisational growth, and create engaging learning experiences that drive performance.
Heather brings a practical, people-focused approach to L&D, underpinned by extensive experience in the L&D sector. She also holds an MSc in Marine Ecology and Environmental Science, making her a great fit for supporting both the science and business aspects of NOC.
