Andrew Lovett

Andy joined NOC in 2020 just as the organisation was transitioning to independence, immediately focusing on strategic change within the financial discipline. Under his guidance, Strategic Finance has evolved into a key, outward-facing partnering function, encompassing core specialisms in Finance and the Supply Chain.

Bringing a wealth of commercial experience to NOC, Andy's background is notably varied. Prior to joining, his career spanned multiple industries, from multinational service organisations to serving as a director of an omnichannel retail organisation. His past achievements include leading the financial strategy for a world-changing, regulatory/environmental capping and containment project, as well as managing the finance for one of the largest UK vessel build programmes.

Andy also serves as a director of NOC-I.
