It should be noted that we encourage strong applicants who have, or may be able to get, their own funding (for instance from a national scholarship or a company) to contact the supervisor of a project they are interested in. You can contact them at any time of year; applicants with partial funding are advised to contact supervisors before the INSPIRE submission deadline.
