NOC has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Leigh Storey as Head of National Marine Facilities Sea Systems.

The Director providing strategic leadership for the large research infrastructure, specialist facilities and data assets that support UK marine science has been appointed by the UK’s National Oceanography Centre.

Geraint West will take up the new position as NOC’s Director of National Marine Facilities from 1 October 2013.

The National Oceanography Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Ian Wright as its new Director of Science and Technology, following the retirement of Professor Andrew Willmott, the NOC’s first Director of Science and Technology.
