Jo started her career as a Chartered Accountant, specialising in carbon accounting. From here she developed into project management and coordinated carbon reduction projects for a city council, working with stakeholders across the region. In 2017 she moved into the charity sector to work in corporate fundraising for a national children’s charity and obtained a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. Jo developed into leading wider charity partnerships for a maritime museum and a national conservation trust. Now Jo is excited to be tying these experiences together to raise funds for the crucial work of NOC - understanding the ocean, its role in climate change and its conservation.
