• Coordination of IT support to external events
• IT support to SOES Oceanography fieldcourse, Falmouth
• Liase with external network teams and agencies on network based service provision
• Provide information on network facilities to users
• Development of network services catalogue
• Remote access provision
• Enhancements to network performance on site
