I am a physical oceanographer interested in processes involving the deep-ocean/shelf sea interface, including: Coastal dynamics and turbulence, cross-shelf transport mechanisms, boundary current systems, Antarctic coastal oceanography and mesoscale/submesoscale dynamics. I tend to use different combinations of observational and numerical/analytical modelling tools.
