I have responsibility for the organisation's approach to learning and development and am the organisational lead on Investors in People which NOC successfully retained in October 2018.
I have over 20 years’ experience in managing and developing individuals and groups, both as a Human Resources generalist and as a specialist Learning and Organisational Development practitioner.
I have Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a post-graduate qualification in Facilitation from Henley Business School and the ILM L7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. I am also a qualified psychometric practitioner, holding accreditations in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire, amongst others, and the British Psychological Society’s Level A and Level B qualifications in occupational test use.
My first degree is in Modern Languages and Marketing. I am a francophile, having lived in Paris for two years and having spent holidays in France every year since – I love French culture, language, food, wine and mountains (though I will happily walk up mountains anywhere).
