Everyone’s Gliding Observatories (EGO) Conference

26–27 September 2016 – more than 150 scientists and engineers from universities, research centres and businesses around the world will make their way to Southampton to take part in ‘Everyone’s Gliding Observatories’, the 7th international conference on autonomous ocean gliders and their applications.

The NOC hosted and led the 4th International Workshop on Advances in the Use of Historical Climate data (MARCDAT-IV) from the 18th – 22nd July, with 47 participants from 12 countries (Australia, Canada, Chile, China (incl., Hong Kong), Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland, UK and the USA).
