  • Marine chemist + modelling of early-diagenesis in shelf-seas
  • Computational science / scientific software development in a range of scientific disciplines

Current work

  • Development of web-based software to increase exposure of BODC data to external users
  • Development of custom software (both web- and desktop-based) to assist in-house users with data management 
  • Usage / research into novel technologies (e.g. Linked data / SPARQL endpoints) and assist with maintaining legacy software
