NOC has a strong relationship with UK and international marine and maritime industry, providing scientific expertise and advice to a wide range of companies, including the oil and gas sector, marine renewable energy, aggregates extraction, seabed mining, defence, coastal engineering and tourism. We also work with the marine Learned Societies, Professional Bodies and Trade Bodies to promote the marine and maritime sector, and to help ensure the high quality academic and scientific training of competent marine professionals - read more.
